Do unbelievers have guardian Angels?  Does each believer have their own angel or more than one?  Are angels dispensed only in emergencies or are they ever present with Christians?  What does the Bible say about angels ? Angels are one of the most mentioned creatures in the Bible.

In the Old Testament, there are 108 occurrences of the word “angel/s”, and in the New Testament, about 165 times. Of these 273 times, 104 are described angelic encounters with people.Angels are no weaklings either (Rev 18:21).  In fact, angels have been known to carry out a death penalty for God on a king (Acts 12:20-25).  Psalm 91:11-12 states that, “For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone.”

Actually, I believe we have our respective angels. We may not be able to see them visibly with our naked eye but they are existing and they are there sent from above as ministering spirits to serve believers. But to take note as always: We don’t worship angels because unlike God, they are created. We only worship GOD and nothing else. These angels mentioned are just God’s messengers from Heaven to men.
